Im impressed with my results. My hair has been treated twice with 30 volume developer and then toned to icy white with 20 volume so there is inevitable damage. I followed the instructions and found it quite easy to use. My recipe: 1 ounce bleach, 2 ounces developer, and 1 pump #1, then apply as usual. I didn't have to adjust the processing time or the bleach/developer ratio. I have used the #2 bottle after shampooing and before conditioning and my hair is very soft. I would estimate that I had 80-90% fewer failures than without All Plex.
