Review on Russell Reynolds Associates by Jason Ortiz

I enjoyed working with all members of RRA team. The way they listen to clients' needs, offer quality solutions in quick time frames, and are always willing to go above & beyond! They were able to connect me directly w/ our senior VP at my first visit. No one else was doing this work so we had no prior experience or references. Since then, their attention to detail has been impeccable. Their turnaround times are very short considering how quickly HR issues can arise for companies - which means less risk for them to be caught off guard. Also, since RRA holds most of the cards during an engagement, it's easy to set expectations up front about what you'll get from us vs. what your current situation may require/allow. If there is anything i could share as constructive feedback, it would probably have more to do with our own internal process instead of any specific problems (which isn't really fair). The team has been very helpful in creating a detailed profile of our organization. They have also created a comprehensive report outlining the skills required to fill various positions within our organization. There are no downsides as of yet. I would like to see more information about their services. We have used them since 2014. They have done a great job keeping us up to date with developments within our industry.
