Easy instructions for kids

Klutz Jr has thought of everything to make a wonderful craft for kids. The instructions are very detailed. They give you a guide on the clay size, which is paper with different sized holes. When they say you have to roll a big ball, you don't just have to figure it out. You roll a clay ball and push it through the large opening of the sound guide. You pull out excess clay that doesn't go through until your ball goes through easily. Then they tell the children step by step with photos what to do. This is probably the best guide for children I've ever seen. The clay is soft and I would call it foamy. It stretches and tears like plasticine. It's pretty easy to shape. Most often, children use clay to make balls for their heads, arms, and legs. So it's not that difficult to make them. After a few hours, the clay gets a little hard and you can't shape it. But after a few days it gets really hard. My kids really got into the puppet shows at home. They will make their own paper dolls and then put on a show. So this craft was perfect for her. This allowed them to make their own dinosaur puppets and provided some additional decoration for their scenes.
