This item comes with two center pivoting stand bars or tubes. It has a good sturdy hinge, which isn't a bad thing. But the base and the pipes are separate. Three screws are needed to connect the stem and base. But there is a screw retaining plate inside the tube. The tubes are wide open and you can't screw in a screw to attach the base to the tube. I thought I would replace the first one and the second one might have a plate in the tube but it doesn't either. So two parties went to the belt. Back, back, back. THAT DOES NOT WORK. YOU SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM, CANNOT COLLECT IT.
