Unless you sleep perfectly still, think again.

The material is very thin. While asleep, I shifted and my knee went right through it. So the bag is too narrow and too thin for someone with long legs.

very thin and light weight, great for backpacking.CONS: it fades badly:(

The fabric of this thing is so thin, I can''t imagine it holding together if I slept in it. It is thinner than a silk scarf. Also the side opening doesn''t close. It''s just a flap that flops around. The stitching goes about 2/3 up the side.
