I have used it in residential HVAC. Works with no leaks or other issues. Obviously they are not as strong and heavy as much more expensive counters. With my day-to-day HVAC job I would probably get something else, but I use them from time to time and they do what you need. Obviously this is completely wrong. I understand they expect you to learn how they work, but there's no point putting the wrong instructions and information in the plastic with the sensors. They might as well give basic correct instructions for the sensors. The plastic clamshell they come in is not good packaging. I almost thought my kit had been sent back as the clear plastic holding it was taped together and the hoses weren't neatly wrapped. I think it just fell apart and someone taped it back together along the way as on closer inspection there was no sign of previous use. Hence a star for the misleading product information in the product and for the poor packaging. More cohesive packaging is likely to prevent damage to the sensors during shipping and handling. However, if you need such sensors for some household or small products, they will get the job done without the $200 cost.
