The mask itself fit me when I put it to my face. After about 30 minutes of total frustration trying to put the headphones on, I almost packed them up to send them back. What I did to get it working is this: I cut the elastic off a sheet mask that never worked. Using a large tapestry needle (blunt end, big eye) I threaded one end of this elastic through the bottom hole (top to bottom). Then I removed that needle, threaded the black thread through a small sewing needle, and sewed the two ends together. Now it fits, there's no space between the mask and cheeks, and from what others have said about the headphones, it's probably a lot more comfortable.
