I love how this litter box looks in my bathroom with a gray and white mosaic floor. I was in awe of this when my kittens were little, but now that they are 6 months old this design has a problem. I have a male and female kitten so I'm not sure whose fault it is or if this will be an issue for all cats, but one or both are peeing on the wall above the shallow litter box. The folding box has seams, so puddles naturally form under the device, on the edges and in the seams, very dirty. I've tried making deflectors with a rubber base, but pulling out the tray is difficult. I spent so much time cleaning it that I finally gave up and ordered a one piece top entry tray that doesn't leak and is half the price. Maybe I just have weird kittens, but be aware that this can be a problem.
