Part of the box was broken
One of the parts of the case it was in was broken which caused all the beads to be a total mess when they arrived. It took me 4 hours to redesign it to be usable. although the beads and i-commands in the box are of very good quality, this does not make up for the time that could have been spent on bracelets rather than reorganizing them. All in all everything is fine now, but the box is still broken and I have to get a new one.
