Very happy with this conversion kit. It holds the LP burner and thermostat in place and adds an electric heating element through the hole in the drain plug. Everything you needed was there, even the cable ties. The schematic was color coded and all the wires and connectors were color coded. The power cord was several feet long, as was the cord that connected to the backlit power button. All spare parts are of high quality. The thermostat is a standard water heater unit, so if it fails, it can be replaced with a ready-made one from any hardware store. My RV water heater is under the cabinet behind the drawers. There was a socket in the closed room, so the device was simply connected to the mains. I installed a power switch (panel type) through a panel just below the drawers where it was easy to see and access. Recovery time from a cold tank with no LP is several hours, which is what you would expect from a single 110VAC heater. Once the tank warmed up I had plenty of hot water, plus it was a little hotter than before so I used less water for washing dishes or showering. I set the electric thermostat a few degrees higher than the low pressure thermostat so that the low pressure gas only works when hot water consumption is high and the tank temperature falls below the low pressure thermostat setting. Since the electricity is included in the rent for the RV park, I can actually turn off the LP completely and have hot water as usual without using LPG. I definitely recommend this set.
