I hesitated to buy this case but it was the only case I saw on Amazon with a pin hole for Apple Pencils only, solid body and elegant design. The material looks like denim on the outside and soft velvet on the inside. The hinge mechanism is similar to that of a glasses case, snapping into place with minimal pressure. If you're using an Apple Pencil 2 with this case, I recommend placing the pencil in the pen hole with the flat side down, as there seem to be magnets there to keep it in place. The material feels strong and durable. I love how I can slip my Apple Pencil in and not worry about it breaking in half in my pocket. I would 100% recommend this as I think the price is definitely worth the quality of the material without sacrificing the aesthetics.
