I was ready to love it but some flaws bother me. The color is beautiful, the sound is awesome. I can't say how long it will last as I've only had it for a few weeks. The problem is with the mode button - you don't know and can't see which mode is selected and have to do the whole loop every time you turn on the speaker. This is annoying and could easily be solved by giving some thought to button design options. Addendum: A note on Anker customer service. Just a few hours after posting the above review, I received a message from Lena at Ankerdirect Customer Service. She took my remarks into account, which was very surprising and pleasant. Although I didn't ask for anything and didn't want to return the speaker, she still offered me a free gift as a sign of my displeasure. I chose the charger, which was sent to me promptly. I then received a follow up email verifying that I received it and that she liked it. I can't help but notice Anker's attitude and attention to his customers. For that I wholeheartedly add a star to my rating. Excellent customer service!
