The size matches my rating.
As these are boys sizes I was afraid they might run small. But they fit great and even have some room if they shrink in the wash. (I'm 5ft 7in, 135lbs, 29" waist, and I ordered a size 16-18). I can usually wear short men too, but they were cheaper, so I'm very happy.
