Wouldn't glow.
These candles WERE NOT lit for some reason. We tried to light the candles before carrying the cake like we always do (with other candles) and just by taking the cake and walking a few steps they all went out. We were so disappointed it was for a kids birthday party and he couldn't blow out any of the candles as it was outside and any light breeze could blow out the candles.
