The quality of the product seems quite good as I expected. Unfortunately I bought a 16" chain but only received a 14" chain. I have initiated a return but canceled it after my wife decided it was appropriate to show the pendant it was bought for. There were deadlines that would not have been met if I had waited through the return process and then purchased a different chain. I noticed that at least one other person did not receive the correct purchase length. I think I resent the 15% bonus I actually paid. Time constraints etc. dictate overcoming this.
