Let me start by saying I'm a guy who doesn't say women are better at being flannel experts, but I literally had to look up how to Washcloth spelled. I'm also saying this because I'm not sure what to expect from washcloths. I love the fact that it makes me feel so much cleaner and that it stretches out my Bert's Bees liquid body wash (not to mention the amazing smell it helps dissipate). I was surprised that the hand wash was a little "rougher" than the back wash. The back washcloth or washcloth with a handle, on the other hand, is very soft. I love how rough it feels - it actually makes me think maybe it cleans me because it cleans more. And roughness is relative - we're not talking sandpaper, just rougher than with a pencil. All in all it's just a washcloth and which of the 5 stars "loves" a washcloth? Ahh the guy who contacted customer service and got a quick and polite reply - that's who! Excellent customer service - you can't go wrong with this product.
