These items arrive damaged. At first the latches didn't click. The second time the strap and clasp were missing, the package appears to have been previously returned. Also, I had to pay for return postage on my first return: Craft Tech LLC. I GIVE UP. It would have been nice if they were delivered undamaged and I actually had a chance to use them. The clasps didn't fit on my first order. Second order had the flap and clasp completely missing from the bag which appears to have been previously opened and returned!
