Terrible waxing lingerie

Never gets hard. I once heated it in a wax heater and the wax in the jar never hardened afterwards. I couldn't get the wax off and had to use a whole bottle of baby oil to get it off. Then the glass in my closet fell over, leaving me with a wax stain the size of an Exxon cell phone that I can't wipe away. I buy Brazilian hard wax from Gigi which I have used before.
