Review on Professional OLED Display for MYNT3D Printing by Alex Montgomery

This is my second 3D pen, previously ordered a TECBOSS model and wanted to try something different. There is still TECBOSS. The MYNT3D pen has some nice features that TECBOSS doesn't have. First, MYNT3D's speed control is excellent. Greater range, especially on the slow end, and can be adjusted WHILE feeding. Another thing I like about TECBOSS is that the feed has two modes: press and hold and double click for continuous feed. It also has a much wider temperature range. At the same time, TECBOSS runs much hotter at 180F. I had to set MYNT3D to the ABS range for PLA to work properly, but it has a range. The only thing that worries me is the power supply - it shouldn't be outputting 2A because the pen keeps cutting out and the feed has issues. I used an Apple 2.1A power adapter and the pen worked great - no issues. MYNT3D also works (the door can be opened). TECBOSS is completely sealed, there is no way to repair it. Overall the MYNT3D is a good pen and I would recommend it to TECBOSS, but it seems to have some quality issues (TECBOSS also has quality issues, I had to return the first one when the feed button stopped responding). I would recommend MYNT3D PRO, but would also recommend returning it for another one or contacting CS if it's behaving strangely. Otherwise enthusiastic about the work of the pen. With a little practice I was able to build a model car for my son.
