If you're a woman who hates all those tight, skinny, and very short shorts that we're offered, be sure to try them! I'm more of a tomboy but these shorts look lovely and are a better choice than almost all women's shorts! These are soft, quality and versatile shorts that you can wear for all kinds of activities around the house, working out or running errands. They have some thickness but are not heavy or bulky. You can definitely train in it. The pockets are a good size, see last photo for reference - they easily fit my phone and other items. Plus they have zippers! Not a single cell phone fell out, like all my women's jeans. I will definitely be getting a few more of these different colors! For size reference, I'm 5ft 7in and about 155lbs. I'm working on getting rid of some belly fat but I usually wear a 28 inch size. Waist (size 8) for women's trousers/jeans. I ordered the small ones and they fit perfectly, not tight at all around the waist, very comfortable. 10/10 recommend!
