I bought 14 pieces to give to friends/family for Christmas party. Everyone loved them. Most of the people I've gifted are what I would call techies. I was surprised when none of them saw the bluetooth caps. It's much more comfortable than wearing earmuffs, and in the middle of winter, people like to wear them when working outdoors or places where they can wear their hat. The sound is good. It's not pumped up loud, but it's loud enough. I could still hear someone talking to me while wearing mine (yes, I bought one). If you tie the hat to the phone, you can also answer calls and the call quality was good. I like simple packaging. It comes in a ziplock plastic bag and I didn't have to pack it. I just wrote the names on the bag. I was concerned that the hat might be too small for someone with a large head and I was glad it fits everyone. I definitely recommend it.
