I'm 5'6", 253 lbs, 42D-DD, pear shaped. I ordered a size 20 (black bottom/white with black dot on top). It fits perfectly. I like that the bottom consists of shorts AND a high waist so they don't chafe on the hips and provide ample coverage for the lower abdomen and buttocks.I also love that the top bottom layer sits perfectly snug on my stomach to hug it when swimming or to keep underneath when I'm dry and windy but the other ruffled layers make it downright flattering on a plus size woman.It supports the bust perfectly.I've worn it to the pool and lake and it stays in place , regardless of the energy/exertion of the swim I would definitely recommend this suit.
