When they work, they work well or great! I would rate them 8-9 out of 10. The problem is that after 3-4 weeks they stop working. (One of them anyway) This is my second pair - the first ones came back and tried again thinking it was just a bad cable connection in the glove or something. A couple of two came and used them almost every day for 2-4 hours a day. Didn't you know that 4 days after the return policy has expired is the same? Without a working heating element, these gloves are almost useless as they aren't thick enough for freezing temperatures. Now I have a $100+ pair of gloves that cannot be used in my area. Not happy and I strongly recommend you avoid it. I would really like to see them work longer than a month.
