I would give 5 stars but I've only had it 3 months and the charging cable has already started to fray at the end that goes into the radio is plugged in. I bought this radio to listen to a few local stations without using my phone data while I'm at work. Since I wear headphones most of the day, this is the best option. I have to say that I am very satisfied with the reception of several of my favorite stations. I like that I can charge it from my laptop. I love that the radio scans for the nearest receiving station and just switches from AM to FM. I like small antenna clips so there is less risk of damage when removing. Love the little key that allows the radio to stand upright. It's just that damn bad cable. Update: I ended up buying a new charging cable and the radio continued to work fine. However -- Bought this mini radio to listen to with headphones at work. Put your radio and headphones in your desk drawer every night. Not once was it dropped or hit, but exactly 16 months later, the headphone jack stopped working. Tried other headphones, no sound. Tried headphones with phone - work perfectly. But I think POS radio is what you would expect for the price.
