Pros: As another reviewer said, I can deflate to a comfortable level. Of course, it is easy to inflate and deflate. Cons: As another reviewer said, it's easy to leave it on the plane as it doesn't have straps on either end. I use it for lower back support when I sleep as my mattress is too hard. The support is really good. However, I have to look for him in bed in the morning because at night he moves to the other side of the bed. I attach a rope to each end and tie it around me when I sleep. If this product came with straps like a fanny pack, that would be perfect.
