Great Software For Organizing Your Print Workflow

The ability for multiple employees to use the system at once for both estimating as well as actual jobs run are great! I do like that there are some reports you can generate but wish it had more customization options from what was already implemented. It would be nice if reports could also go through QMS, SAP or other ERP systems and have them integrated into Speed PEQ. Also, the interface between speed PEq and our accounting system (SAP) has become very cumbersome so far and we will see how they resolve this in future releases of speedpeq. We don't know yet whether it's just us not doing things correctly or something the software needs fixing but right now we're struggling with having correct estimates being provided by a number of our staff members using only their own individual estimate tools/methods. It's all about managing your printing needs; it helps us get organized as we are working with different clients at once time so that they can have what their needed in timely manner without any problem of overprinting or under-overprints etc.,It has helped me organize my work since I'm handling multiple jobs each day from several customers which were done through online orders/emails only!
