Excellent ballistic glass protection for smartphones and iPads!

In general, ballistic glass screen protectors are much better than plastic ones. They're much easier to install and, more importantly, they protect your devices better. A tempered glass screen protector takes the brunt of impacts and distributes the forces across its surface rather than the surface it's protecting. In the past year alone, I've seen how much better ballistic glass protects my kids' iPads and iPhones, and there's just no going back. While they don't protect your devices any better than plastic, the ease of installation is reason enough to make the switch. You don't have to "scoop out" air bubbles or otherwise waste time and effort to achieve an airtight seal like plastic does. You just line them up and lay them down and they practically install themselves. Rigid glass doesn't bubble, and because the electrostatic attraction between the surfaces pulls them together, any air pockets between the screen protector and the display are simply pushed out. You may need to gently rub outwards at the edges, but that's about it. I bought this TANTEK protector for my son's iPad mini and it has already saved the device. My son dropped the tablet on the wooden floor and the tablet hit the corner. When we picked it up we saw a tear and panicked, but then we remembered we had a protective film on it. We took it off and found the iPad screen was still intact, so we put on a second one and were back at work a few minutes later.
