The packaging protected the chain from tangling! Beautiful package. A surprisingly well-made chain for the price.

It was a gift for a friend. I was amazed at the quality of the product as it wasn't too expensive. Very good strong chain and the elephant was beautiful. Weirdly, I also liked the plastic mount in case the necklace came in. It was like two thin sheets of plastic in a plastic holder with a snap closure that kept the necklace from moving during transit. It was literally held in place as if something were being sealed by a suction of air. I wanted to keep an elegant thing, but it was a gift. lol
