I love that my business is able to communicate with all of our customers, contractors, subs, suppliers, etc by one tool! We are also in constant communication about jobs/jobsites as well as client requests or issues that arise. There's nothing really wrong with it - just wish there was more customizability. It can be difficult at times to see past your current project list when you're creating new tickets which makes reporting back to clients sometimes challenging. However, this has been resolved since we installed an upgrade last year where now you have full access to ALL projects regardless if they've already started or not. As well, reports help keep us organized so we know what needs attention first.
