My old one broke and it made me go flat flat. But I didn’t have the $25 for a new one so I got this one. I range a size L/XL and I got XL because usually these kind of things run small. This is soooo stretchy. I have to size down bc even after a Christmas dinner it’s still not sucking me in the way I want. But I want to use it to get the hour glad figure in between workouts. If you just want one to workout in that’s comfy then this one is fine. But for me I need a tighter fit
