Makes it easy to ferment at home

I usually pack my fermented products in lidded jars and burp them every day, but this product makes it easy to pack and ship. A day later I could already see bubbles forming in a jar of Serranos for hot sauce. It's nice to have a product that ferments easily. They are well made and easy to clean. I like green too. Be sure to wear gloves when peeling the peppers!
