Honestly, I'm a very heavy sweater. Actually I wanted to give them four stars. I rode with a helmet and the helmet was fine, but I wanted to warn you that I'm not sure how it will perform in the summer. Before I could write a review, I was wearing it while riding my bike indoors with the AC on. It was completely useless to me, I didn't finish my ride before it got wet and useless. I took it off and put on another cap. For me these hats are useless and I give them to my son. If you are not a thick sweater, they can fit you. If you are a heavy jumper I would advise walking past them.
