Sturdy chair. Material and frame are of very good quality. The lumbar support and cloth armrests are great features, as are the accessory pockets. But the wrong design features: the top of the chair back is useless. It's high enough to support your neck and head, but has no support for it. The front edge of the seat is quite narrow, being higher than the center of the seat cuts into the back of your legs when seated. Returning a chair to a storage bag is no easy task. If they spent 25 cents more on stuff and made the bag a few inches bigger, there would be a lot less swearing.
