I bought these after trying one my aunt had previously bought elsewhere and loved it. I've used many pumice and foot files in the past and they aren't easy to use, flake/retain moisture, or don't feel like they really soften skin or exfoliate dry, hard areas. I've had this for a few weeks and I love it. My feet have never been very callous but they get stiff and that helps. I only use the rough side occasionally and when I do I always end up on the smoother side otherwise I feel like my feet are getting a little rougher. The smoother side is amazing for softening touch marks or small calluses, slightly cracked edges of my heels. I highly recommend.
