Review on PeekLogic JIRA Salesforce Connector by Michael Welborn

It is really helpful when we have multiple projects all in one place, so its simple for us as an admin/supervisor if I'm not at my desk or out of town! it sometimes takes me about 10 mins before everything loads up again after being idle (not sure why this happens). Sometimes there are problems with certain tabs loading too slowly which can be very frustrating if you're trying to get work done while waiting. Also, since our team works remotely nowdays more often then not they don't meet during standard business hours - meaning that having access from any location 24hrs would help immensely!! We use this software mainly because it allows everyone who needs info easily available online by connecting through their phone / computer etc. It's very easy for creating tickets in jiras, it has all options of customization with no errors at run time! Nothing so far but I'm still trying this out :) Great tool if you are looking into automating your sales process or just want an easier way than doing manually through Excel/CSV files etc! Highly recommended - saves lot o work when compared to manual processes which can be error prone as well-it makes sure that only correct data is transferred from one system to another (SalesForce).
