Funny little glowing light!
Battery life I don't know. I haven't had a lamp for a long time. I know if you are looking for a night light or lamp to create an atmosphere this is the perfect option. If you are looking for a reading lamp, this is not the one for you. I bought this for my classroom table where there is little light, hoping there would be a decent reading light. I plan to buy more, not as reading lights, just fun colored glows in my dimly lit areas or as gifts at night.
