I am very light and have chronic pain so I take a lot of baths but the hard bath was very uncomfortable. This pillow/bath rug is a lifesaver! Baths allow me to completely relax and get the best possible pain relief. It's very comfortable to sit on, great back/neck support and strong suction. To avoid tearing, start at the bottom of the mat and gently peel off by lifting your fingers under the cup. After removing those two cups, flip the mat back and do the same with the next two cups, rolling them as you go so they don't soak up again when you move on to the next cups. This part is important to keep them from breaking out. Finally, if you take a bubble bath, be sure to rinse your mat with clean water before hanging to remove the suds and prevent suds from forming. I highly recommend this rug!
