Buy a different headset. This is a disappointment.

Overall I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the phone, for a business oriented headset many people complain about muffled audio and background noise. In addition, a noticeable hum is felt at startup. I wasn't expecting it when I had no complaints with a headset half the price. plus why do we still use micro usb? switch to USB-C.
