He destroyed my wall!

I wore it and used it once and it ruined the wall of my rented house which I now have to pay to repair. I installed it (i.e. just taped it to the wall) and when I pulled on the bottom of the toilet paper to grab it, it was the normal pull. It didn't pull, but just enough to turn it over, it fell off, taking part of my wall with it. So yes, it's sticky. but not in a good way.
