I'm so glad I ordered this. I use almost every day. 2 years ago I had a back injury. The doctor ordered a very expensive lower back bandage. I travel a lot, very bulky on planes and with me. I ordered this in hopes of helping with pain, especially when travelling, and am so glad I did. Helped me a lot and not awkward to wear under clothes.
