while it works fine.

I was a little apprehensive as it was cheaper than the other popular alternative, but it worked well and looked pretty solid so I'm happy. As mentioned elsewhere, you can remove the end piece for installation and it will snap back into the correct orientation. I ended up using a combination of the instructions that came with it, instructions from another site, and a few screenshots to determine where to cut the plastic. I've found that I need a much larger hole to put the new one in than to take the old one out.
