I recently purchased this case for diving in the Caribbean. The accommodation worked well, allowing me to take almost a thousand pictures during my week there. The buttons were easy to use and when I gave them to others to take photos of me they had no problem getting them to work. There were a few little things I didn't like. First, the zoom button isn't spring-loaded, so you have to manually center the zoom control when zooming in or out, making precise zooming difficult. Secondly, the color is washed out when dipping. I knew this was going to happen when I bought the camera. Some sort of filter would help a lot and I plan to buy one before my next trip. I've found that no flash lighting can be dispensed with since most dives have been to depths greater than 60 feet. As I dived deeper, about 100 feet, the flash fired automatically. One last note: As soon as the camera is in water or water gets on the lens, you need a cloth to dry it off, otherwise water stains on the lens barrel will show up in the images or be distorted. This isn't a problem if you stay underwater, but you won't be able to take pictures of the surface after surfacing from a dive. Overall this is an excellent place to stay, albeit quite expensive.
