I only use them at the gym when the cords get in the way. I only use them for three or hours before charging so I'm not sure how long they will last on a single charge. I use KZ ZSR (three drivers) which are always included. The KZ headphones are well priced, but constantly changing cables is not a good idea. Connectors are not made for abuse. I usually use a dedicated DAP with wired headphones, so I wasn't expecting very good sound from Bluetooth and phone. The sound clarity and overall quality is much better than I expected, by about a three out of five. I used these phones as wired before switching to this cable. Immediately the treble was more pronounced than the bass, but it could have been a phone. This is not a problem for me as I prefer a flat sound curve. The tiny bluetooth amplifier is more than loud enough for me at the gym, which was another expectation this bluetooth cable exceeded. My only complaint is with the range. When I put my phone in my pocket, the Bluetooth signal is lost. A wristband phone holder can be a solution to this problem. I'm still not a Bluetooth fan, but this cable is way better than what I expected from Bluetooth technology.
