I ordered them in October 2018. I feel good. I got more into keto and decided not to go down that route as all the high blood pressure warnings warn me that I have excessively high blood pressure. I finally brought her back about a week ago. I chose to only take 2 tablets per serving. I am VERY impressed with this product. My blood pressure has dropped significantly in the past week. I am very resistant to natural and medical interference with my HBP. I also have an extremely low carb intake. I can tell the difference in the amount of fat on my body, and I don't mean just a little bit. I am severely overweight and have found that a large amount of fat has been lost. It takes about 2 weeks for my skin to recover if I'm losing a lot of fat or weight, but I've also noticed that my skin recovers faster over the last week when I'm on a keto meal plan. I haven't completely changed my diet other than cutting out all the carbs I used to eat. Before that I was doing intermittent fasting, like 18:6, and although I lost weight as soon as I went back to normal eating, I put on a few pounds back before 5. I am pleasantly surprised and very confident that I will be able to lose that weight and lower my blood pressure with this keto supplement and keto meal plan!
