Mirror clip won't stay stuck

I like the concept of this holder. It does not interfere with or obstruct the view. But I'm having a hard time holding him tight against my mirror. The phone holder is excellent, no problems with it. But the part that attaches to the mirror continues to unscrew. I even turned a corner and the whole thing flew off my mirror and landed on the passenger side floor.
