This sports bra was good value but not cheap. It's comfortable, great for workouts and has a nice cropped look. Usually anything related to lower back causes upper back and neck pain, but it hasn't affected me in any way. It moves with you, handles workouts well, is breathable and not too thick/hot. Navy blue is a beautiful neutral color and pairs well with many other colors. I didn't pay attention to inserts, but they are easy to remove. I'm about 128 pounds, 34d/dd and a medium height.
