Review on Spellbinders PE-100 Platinum 6.0 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine: Ultimate Crafting Tool for Precision Cuts and Embossing by Carol Miller

I used my brand new SIL Big Shot. I enjoyed using it, so I decided to buy a car. I found this machine while shopping, the Platinum 6. It has a solid metal construction and I like it better because it folds up, which saves space and is easier to transport. Compared to this folding machine, the Big Shot is bulky. The Platinum 6 also has a smoother roll and easier launch than the BS. I bought this machine used but it still works great. The rotation is so smooth that unlike other machines, the dies won't slip if you don't have a magnetic plate. Also, for other machines, you need to buy the embossing pad and plate separately. Both came by car so more bang for your buck. :)
