A little underpowered but makes up for it in convenience

With extension fits easily around my 46 inch waist. The intensity of 20 is a bit low in my opinion. However, programs and ease of use make up for this. If, like me, you've wasted hours of your life in pain in front of a mirror while trying to place those stupid, stupid "reusable" electrodes or shape pieces for a silver thread pad, you'll appreciate the convenience of this thing . It would be nice if program A flashed for a few seconds before going up - it can be a bit overwhelming. I use a small water bottle and spray on the pads and back, no problem. You don't need conductive gel. The one who got burned is not RTFM

4 ELECTRODES: The electric massager includes 4 reusable contact electrodes with water. No replacement pads or gels required. The intensity of the device automatically switches to 0 when it detects no physical contact.
