I've tried whitening strips, clear rubber mouth inserts with gel and UV insert but these whitening pens gave better and faster results than all others and were much more convenient and practical. The gum inserts are uncomfortable and I left them for 30 minutes with very little bleach, the strips are difficult to apply and stay in place and have little effect but these "sticks" were comfortable and easy to apply and only three handy uses gave the best results in a fraction of the time. In addition, there is much less waste than gels, so pins are essential for many procedures and there is no rubber sheet to clean afterwards or strips to discard.
