I'm a petite 5'2" 95lb woman with a relatively petite back and I ordered the small one and it was incredibly and uncomfortably snug. It came, too with an incomplete seam in his right leg. Not only was the seam torn, but the material didn't feel as stretchy as advertised. The size is very small and I wouldn't tumble dry it. I also felt like that the material compresses my skin more than it lifts it. In the end I didn't look anything like those pictures and I'm wearing leggings otherwise I would look like that. Not a fan in general.
